Master the "Art" of Instant Challenge! Team Managers learn how to appraise Instant Challenges and obtain skills to continue to build Instant Challenge capability with their teams. Teams will practice Instant Challenges and receive appraisal feedback to enhance their IC knowledge and experience!

Each team must provide 2 adults (Team Managers or other adults) to attend IC Appraisal Training and Appraise Teams during the IC Practice Sessions
Each team (up to 7 students per team) must have a Team Manager or other adult accompany them to the IC Practice Sessions and remain with the team at all times. (No Rising Stars!)
Teams must register in advance, no walk-ins accepted.
Payment by check or cash at the door – checks made out to Jeffco Public schools. Payment MUST be received before team can participate.

You will receive a confirmation number by email when registration is received. Please call Sandy Christiansen (303 987-2463) if you do not have this registration number by January 20, 2011
